In light of the health risks represented by the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19), the recent state of emergency declared in a growing number of states and the travel bans being imposed by many companies in our industry, we have made the difficult decision to cancel our 2020 Risk & Compliance Summit in Chicago, IL from April 5-7, 2020. We understand that the Risk & Compliance Summit offers a vital forum to hear from and interact with industry thought leaders and luminaries. Therefore, we will be investigating alternative ways to deliver some of this valuable content to you throughout 2020. Please look for more information to follow in the near future.ComplianceEase will refund all registration and sponsorship payments within 60 days.   • If you booked a hotel room with the JW Marriott, please call them directly to cancel at 312.660.8200.
  • We understand that most major airlines are currently offering no penalty cancellations for booked flights.
  • If you also registered for the CSBS hosted LEF Mini Summit on April 8th, please expect a separate email from CSBS.

ATTENDEE INFORMATION DISCLAIMER

Each registered attendee, the contact information (First Name, Last Name, Company, Title, Address) will be published in the attendee list and program directory. Only First Name, Last Name, and Company will display on the registration badge. If you have a correction, please send email to  event@complianceease.com .

HOTEL ROOM BLOCK DISCLAIMER

The room reservation deadline does not ensure availability of rooms. A discounted rate will be available until the reserved room block is sold out or the reservation deadline is passed. After the deadline, reservations will be made on a space-available basis only, and the regular hotel rate will apply.

SOLICITATION DISCLAIMER

ComplianceEase does not publish phone and fax numbers or e-mail addresses and is not responsible for phone calls, faxes, or emails sent to registrants by third-parties using lead generation software or other means.

PHOTO/VIDEO/FEEDBACK DISCLAIMER

By registering for and attending this event, you agree that your image and voice recording and/or any written comments or feedback that you provide to the event organizer may be used at any time, without further notification, for printed materials, web sites, social media, live-streaming, webcasts, and other marketing and educational purposes.

SUBSTITUTIONS

If your organization wishes to substitute another person for a registered attendee, please send requests to event@complianceease.com. There is no charge for substitutions. In order to ensure that the replacement attendee’s name appears on the final registration list and in the program directory, the substitution request must be received on or before March 1, 2020.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Send requests to event@complianceease.com. Cancellations received on or before February 15, 2020 will receive a 50% refund less a $50 processing fee. No refunds available for cancellations received after February 15, 2020.

PROGRAM CANCELLATION

In the unlikely event this program is cancelled, ComplianceEase will refund 100% of registration fees paid. ComplianceEase assumes no liability for any cancellation or change fees on airline tickets, deposits or fees for hotel accommodations, or any other fees, charges, penalties, or other incidental costs that a registrant might incur as a consequence of program cancellation.
