In light of the health risks represented by the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19), the recent state of emergency declared in a growing number of states and the travel bans being imposed by many companies in our industry, we have made the difficult decision to cancel our 2020 Risk & Compliance Summit in Chicago, IL from April 5-7, 2020. We understand that the Risk & Compliance Summit offers a vital forum to hear from and interact with industry thought leaders and luminaries. Therefore, we will be investigating alternative ways to deliver some of this valuable content to you throughout 2020. Chris began his career at CSBS in 2007 during the initial construction and launch of NMLS. In those early years he provided technical support for the NMLS Resource Center. With the creation of the Mortgage Call Report in 2011, Chris was asked to start the NMLS Data Team as a way to serve state regulators with timely analysis of call report data. Today, his team works with regulators of non-bank financial institutions in a variety of industries and designs tools, reports and research that assist them in the work of supervision and consumer protection.
